Core Training Techniques combines various cross training methods, infused with Pilates, injury prevention, and more. Some programs include many genres of dance (ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, hip hop, etc). All of our courses will directly connect to your dancing, and as applied your technique, movement quality, and consistency will improve!

The amount of injuries we were seeing in dancers from over use, improper movement, and lack of understanding was way too high! Our passion and commitment to helping others train, along with providing as much knowledge as possible to support the mind body connection was over whelming! We were determined to continue to make a difference in dancers' training, and want be accessible to students, professionals, and dance educators.
