SUMMER INTENSIVES

Join us for the Core Training Techniques Summer Intensives, where we go beyond traditional dance classes to offer essential training that supports your growth as a dancer. In today’s dynamic dance environment, students are often immersed in multiple genres, mastering combinations, and perfecting choreography. However, it’s crucial not to overlook the importance of cross-training, Pilates, and injury prevention for long-term health and success. Our program provides focused sessions on these vital aspects, along with Technique Tips and Pro Tips, to help you achieve your goals.


Housing, meals, and transportation throughout Scottsdale/Phoenix is provided as students get diverse dance classes, Pilates, a variety of cross training, specialty classes, and experiences.


Our intensive offers elite training with amazing teachers in a semi private setting.

  • Multiple days of training, mentoring, goal setting, and more!
  • Small classes compared to many intensives and individual attention!
  • A max of roughly 20 students per class & some small group settings too!

Emily Zachary-Smith and Josh Smith are a husband and wife team that have been working professionally in the dance industry since 1998. In 2003 they ventured in to Pilates, which led them to other cross training techniques, promoting health and fitness to dancers and clients of all ages, and levels. Dance and Pilates were a natural fit, working seamlessly together.
